No, investment returns are not guaranteed; all investments carry risk. However, the loans in the Short Note portfolio fund collateral-backed real estate projects. Each loan funded by Short Notes holds a first-position lien, giving our loan originator the legal right to foreclose if a loan defaults. This helps in attempting to recover the loan amount and repay Connect Invest.
